Prices have not moved much yet but even with more to choose from, the interest rate on mortgages have made it so the buying power has shrung. So for now is the best time to buy or sell. Summer 2022 Park City Utah Summer 2022 in Park City is very different than spring or anything like the last while. For over year there have only been a handful of Realtor Open Houses weekly now we are averaging over 50. With rates on the rise and more available standing inventory Now is the time to buy or sell! Even though rates are up they are are still much less than the last 30 year average. Prices have tapered off and in some of our micro markets even recided a bid. Hence now is the time to buy or sell. Promontory is truly Utah's premier golf and ski destination.
